The Associate Campus Pastor works closely with the Campus Pastor to build, grow, and maintain the campus ministry while providing pastoral care to the congregation. This role helps execute ministry initiatives, goals, and objectives in alignment with Zion City’s vision and mission. Additionally, the Associate Campus Pastor plays a key role in leading and guarding the spiritual culture for staff, Serve Team Volunteers, guests, and other ministry areas as assigned.
