Waylon & Dana

Waylon and Dana Sears serve as the Senior Pastors of Zion City. Their heart is to see people restored holistically: spiritually, physically, emotionally, and relationally. They know that free and whole individuals will become the Church that the community runs to, not away from. They are excited about leading such a church and seeing the power of God transform the culture in Tucson and the surrounding region.

Waylon and Dana have been married for over 30 years and have been in ministry together since 1992. They moved to Tucson as youth pastors and faithfully served for more than twelve years before transitioning into the Senior Pastors in 2017. They have four children and three grandchildren who all live in Tucson and are a part of Zion City.
